Tenant Find

This service is priced at a competitive 6% of the annual gross rental. This fee will be deducted from the first month’s rental so there is nothing to pay until a tenant moves in.

Tenant Find and Rent Collect

This service is priced as per the Tenant Find service for month 1, then at 4% of the gross rental income for each subsequent month.

Full Management

This service is priced as per the Tenant Find service for month 1, then at 7% of the gross rental income for each subsequent month.

Initial preparation of our standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement is included with each service outlined above and we make only a small administration charge of £50 for renewal of an existing tenancy agreement.
